19th May - Saturday at the Festival
Gates open to the public at 10.00am. Over 50 local craft, food and drink stalls are avalible, with kids entertainment being provided by Razz and Aunty Pearl and Rollo the Clown, and the ever popular Old Wild Rovers will provide us with sea shanties to sing along to. This year's cookery demonstrations will start at 11.00am and will host the best of the best of local food loving folk including crab dressing by Julie Davies. We also have traditional rope and crab pot making in the main marquee. To replace our annual Crab Race, we now have Crab Lucky Dip. This will start at 10.30 with all participates winning a prize. We feel we can not guarantee that all the crabs can be recovered at the end of the race, and it would be environmentally irresponsible of us to continue.
Saturday Night at the Festival
Local band Tom, Dick and Harry will be performing in the main marquee from 6.30pm. There will be street food avaliable from Hot Rocket Pizza, The Duck Truck, Fisherman's Mission as well as Woodfordes Bewery.
20th May - Sunday at the Festival
All the same exciting stalls and entertainment including our cookery theatre and heritage section will be present, and at 2pm the 2nd annual Cromer Crab Sandwich Competition will be judged.
